assembly tips.

panels.

  • Start with corner panels (or a corner and a straight panel) on two ends, build them from the ends and connect them in the middle.
  • Combine two panels with the bolts on the outside and the washers and nuts on the inside only at the top and bottom opening (in the middle opening as well for 32" Tall Garden Beds) of the panel. Tighten them loosely (hand-tight) and continue this process until you have your desired configuration.
  • Once you have the complete shape, put in the remaining bolts on the outside, washers and nuts on the inside.

bolts,

washers, and nuts.

  • Pinch the panels together at the top and start tightening the bolts from the top towards the bottom.
  • Use a ratchet/drill/closed-in wrench to quicken the process. The nuts are 10mm in diameter.

rubber safety stripping.

  • As you install the rubber safety stripping (edging), pull the stripping to stretch it and give it a little tension.
  • You can use a flathead screwdriver to slightly open the channel of the rubber stripping so it slips on more easily where the panels overlap. A hair dryer may also do the trick.

Peel the film along the sides of the panel and gather more as you peel the film. This makes it easier to remove the film.
The film releases better when the panels are warmed up. You can either lay them in the sun or use a heat gun/blow dryer.
