LOVE my 32” tall 12-1 Olle’s. Now have four & am prepping for next spring! Regenerative gardening really works well for us. We have a pollinator field/pasture as well💞😁💞

I had originally ordered two Olle Raised Garden Beds through Amazon. The next day they went on sale. I tried to request a price adjustment, but Amazon said they couldn't help me since it was not an Amazon product. I was told I would have to cancel the order and reorder, which I immediately did. Days later I still had not seen a credit. I was then told by Amazon that I couldn't cancel the original order. They said it had already been sent to the seller and shipped, They told me I would have to refuse delivery or pay to have it returned. Now I have TWO orders arriving and no way to stop either.

I decided to call the manufacturer Olle hoping they could help. First of all, Steve answered the phone! No automated push this- push that- leave a message and someone might call you... An actual human answering their phone! What a concept! This began a daily communication for over two weeks. Olle had no control over Amazon and their policy for a refund or credit, but they continued to watch daily for both the orders to come through so they could cancel one on their end. Unfortunately, one had already been shipped- the higher priced one, but "No worries" Steve said he was going to send me a check to credit me for the lower priced item even tho I had purchased it through another company. WHAT? Did I hear him correctly? I honestly couldn't believe he was going to so much trouble when I hadn't even ordered anything directly from Olle. This was not Olle's problem to solve, but Steve insisted that his company took responsibility for their products regardless from whom they were purchased. It's been many many years since I have seen such pride and commitment from any company to provide such personal and excellent customer service. Tho it was not Olle (the manufacturer's) problem, they not only held my hand through the entire process, they honored the lower price.

The raised beds took a couple hours and a couple people to assemble, but came with very clear instructions and everything needed. I couldn't be happier with my new Raised Garden Beds, and I can not say enough about the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE received from Steve and Olle!

I have now purchased 4 of these beds, 2 of the 17" & 2 of the 32". I chose the dark grey color which is very nice. The beds come quickly, and are easy to put together. Other reviewers are correct: the worst part of the job is removing the plastic from each segment! I have felt other, similar looking beds and found them to be quite flimsy. These are not. I prefer the 17" beds because I think over-all they are more conducive to planting a variety of things. I purchased the 32" for someone who is in a wheelchair.

They seem good and sturdy due to the material choice and amount of bolt locations to fasten the panels together. Definitely takes some time to organize all the bolts so that you can speed up the process because picking out over a 130 bolts, nuts and washers really does add time to the whole process of putting it together. also the plastic film is impossible to take off if you don't have heat. unfortunately I did this on a cold windy day because I needed to have them assembled prior to the date I have to plant. So peeling he film and sorting the fasteners really adds to the time it takes to construct.

Shipping was quick, they arrived in good shape as far as I can tell before opening and assembling all 8 beds ordered. However, your website says "35 minutes to assemble”. By what crack team?? It takes longer than that to peel off all of the plastic film!!

Loved my tall planters. Easy assembly. And very sturdy. Can’t wait to plant my spring vegetables and flowers .
